Responsibilities

• Drive large trucks safely, responsibly, and in accordance with traffic laws.
• Perform meticulous pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to validate safety compliance.
• Devise a strategic approach for planning delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and on-time deliveries.
• Safeguard cargo by adhering to industry guidelines for securing and preserving its state during transportation.
• Foster productive partnerships with dispatchers to enhance communication flow and deliver timely status updates.
• Ensure precise recording of hours worked, maintenance records, and delivery particulars.
• Quickly communicate any incidents, equipment breakdowns, or breaches of regulations.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean driving record along with a valid Class A CDL license.
• Proficient time management abilities and adept route planning skills.
• Competence in safely moving and handling heavy loads with physical strength.
• Expertise in interpersonal relations and delivering quality service to customers.
