Ocean Export Agent Needed in the East Side of El Paso
Pay Rate: $16/Hr – $17/Hr Depending on Experience
Shift: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday *Must be available for overtime if needed

Job Description
- Provides support with miscellaneous projects, filing and research paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
- Provides warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders.
- Report’s customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
- Acts as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and the customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
- Track and Trace files and reporting
- Ensure arrival notices are communicated to customers
- Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards
- Deliver communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
- Prepare and review ocean import/export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations pertaining to imports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to obtain accurate and complete shipping documents.

- Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a similar role/ logistics field
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of emails daily & work with a variety of systems
- Ability to share work among a customer service team
- Attentive to detail & multi-tasker
- Excellent Time-management skills
- Bilingual a plus
- Fully proficient with various software applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Familiarity with shipment milestones, documentation, and SOPs
