As a Inventory and Freight Coordinator, you will be a crucial member of the logistics team, ensuring warehouse processes operate smoothly and effectively.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the efficient movement and handling of goods within the warehouse. You will ensure items are managed safely, organized correctly, and prepared for shipment, while maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

• Load and unload freight using both manual methods and warehouse machinery.
• Sort, arrange, and ready products for storage or shipment, ensuring accurate labeling.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage during transport.
• Repack, palletize, and audit shipments under guidance from site leadership.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized to optimize operational efficiency.
• Perform routine housekeeping and general warehouse maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and warehouse procedures to maintain a secure environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Self-driven, energetic, and dedicated to a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs consistently.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is advantageous; training will be provided.
• Strong physical endurance and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouse equipment and understanding logistics workflows.
• Familiarity with inventory management or shipping systems.
