We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in materials management to join our team.

Manage and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and materials.

Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for patient care.

Coordinate with various departments to determine supply needs and forecast future requirements.

Review and analyze supply usage data to identify trends and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.

Collaborate with purchasing department to negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and supply transactions.

Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Train and educate staff on proper inventory management procedures and best practices.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in the management of supplies.

Identify and resolve any issues related to supply shortages, backorders, or expired products.

Collaborate with finance department to manage budget and control costs related to inventory.

Stay informed about new products and technologies in the healthcare industry and make recommendations for potential implementation.

Participate in cross-functional team meetings to improve supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Adhere to all AdventHealth policies and procedures.

Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in materials management.

Handle any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
