Position Overview
Position is contingent upon contract award.
We are currently seeking qualified and motivated professionals interested in joining our team in support of an upcoming federal contract (pending award). In this role, you will support a federally funded initiative that provides essential medical readiness services – such as exams, screenings, dental care and preventive care – to individuals in remote or underserved areas via a network of providers and mobile teams with remote coordination and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage activities and personnel associated with providing technical services to customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop, and networked systems.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics, responding as necessary to ensure SLAs are met.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Manage aspects of personnel to ensure efficient operational functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience in medical supply chain management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing transportation of hazardous materials, including medical waste.
