Our massive Distribution Centers (DCs) are the beating heart of this network, processing millions of units of freight daily. We prioritize workplace safety, advanced operational training, and a deeply collaborative team culture to ensure our DCs operate smoothly and efficiently.
We are currently seeking precision-focused commercial operators for the role of Target Yard Hostler. In this critical facility role, you are responsible for the safe, rapid orchestration of commercial trailers within the distribution center yard. This position offers the thrill of commercial driving with the immense benefit of never dealing with highway traffic.

Safe operation of a specialized terminal tractor (yard goat) to shuttle 53-foot trailers to and from dock doors.

Candidate Qualifications
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. A valid Class A CDL is highly preferred (though highly experienced non-CDL hostlers may be considered in specific jurisdictions). A flawless safety record, strong spatial reasoning, and the physical agility to climb in and out of the tractor cab repeatedly throughout the shift are mandatory.
