Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Logistics Specialist. The specialist will manage day-to-day coordination between sales and logistics operations, including quoting, booking, and tracking shipments across various modes.
Responsibilities include supporting customers with shipment inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring timely, accurate information flow to internal and external stakeholders. The role will involve collaborating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize routes, rates, and service levels.
The specialist will also assist in maintaining CRM and logistics systems, preparing reports, identifying process improvements, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive sales support.
