You will also maintain an electronic record of your activities utilizing a hand-held scanning device. This opportunity will be based at our location in El Paso, Texas.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator oversees daily interaction with customers, carriers, and warehouse personnel. You will ensure that every aspect of the supply chain is processed swiftly, documented accurately, and communicated effectively. Key responsibilities include verifying and maintaining records for incoming and outgoing shipments while collaborating with the warehouse team on inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
• Prepare and organize shipping documentation and related paperwork.
• Utilize small parcel and LTL shipping management systems for timely and accurate shipping of parts/packages.
• Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with in-house drivers.
• Billing customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in investigating, evaluating, and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Skills / Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems.
• Ability to quickly learn and manage eWMS (warehouse management system).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion.

Pay Range

$19.11 - $25.48/hr. (Based on Experience)
