We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations at The Organic World. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, managing store staff, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and compliance, especially within the organic and natural products segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations
- Oversee end-to-end store operations to ensure smooth functioning Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs Maintain high standards of store hygiene, product display, and visual merchandising Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and wastage Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance/productivity Motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service Customer Experience
- Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively Build a loyal customer base through engagement and retention initiatives Inventory & Supply Management
- Ensure timely ordering and availability of products Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams Minimize stock losses, damages, and expiries (critical for organic products) Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and organic product standards Maintain proper documentation as per regulatory requirements Conduct regular audits and checks
Key Requirements Experience
- Minimum 5+ years in retail/store management (FMCG/Food/Organic Retail preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Good understanding of inventory management and retail operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Knowledge of organic/natural products is an added advantage
