Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused individual to join our team as Store Incharge for the Wellwith Store – Kothapet . The role involves managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and creating a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store
- Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide accurate product information
- Maintain stock records, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment requirements
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and maintenance of the store premises
- Handle billing, cash collections, and maintain daily sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote products, ongoing offers, and contribute towards achieving store sales targets
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline
- Minimum 12 months of experience in retail sales, store operations, customer service, or related fields preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Basic knowledge of billing software and inventory management will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English preferred
- Comfortable handling customer interactions and store responsibilities professionally Work Details
- Location: Wellwith Store, Kothapet, Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Work from Store
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Compensation
