Job Title: Sales Promoter (Spirits & Beverages)
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly communicative Sales Promoter to represent our premium liquor and spirits portfolio. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand at retail outlets (off-trade) and hospitality venues (on-trade). Your primary goal will be to engage of-age consumers, educate them about our brand story and tasting notes, and drive direct sales while ensuring excellent brand visibility.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream/discipline from a recognized university.
Preferred
Candidates with a degree or background in Marketing & Sales, or prior experience in the Alco-Bev (Alcoholic Beverages), FMCG, or hospitality industry will be highly preferred.
Age Requirement: Must be strictly above the Legal Drinking Age (LDA) as per state excise regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consumer Engagement: Actively engage with customers at targeted retail outlets, pubs, or promotional events to drive brand awareness and product trials.
- Product Education: Confidently explain product features, brand heritage, and tasting notes to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Conversion: Drive secondary sales and achieve assigned daily/weekly targets at the assigned outlets.
- Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure prime shelf placement, proper display of products, and setup of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) like danglers, tent cards, and posters.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, bartenders, and outlet owners to secure better visibility for our brand.
- Reporting: Track stock levels, competitor activities, and daily sales metrics, and provide regular reports to the Area Sales Manager.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as peak sales often occur during these times.
- Comfortable working in retail liquor environments and bustling on-premise venues.
- Fluency in the local language; working knowledge of English is required.

- Freshers with a strong passion for sales and marketing are welcome.
- Prior experience in promotional activities, event management, or the beverage industry is a strong advantage.
