Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Analyst to support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The role involves working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, effective communication, and smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when required
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and trackers
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and cost tracking activities
• Ensure adherence to project management processes and quality standards
