Product Development Executive - Apparel

Role Overview

We are looking for an Executive – New Product Development who will help us research, plan, and launch new fashion/apparel products that align with our vision of better basics. You will work closely with design, sourcing, production, and marketing teams to ensure product ideas come to life efficiently and with the highest quality.

This is a great role for someone excited to learn how ideas become products on the shelf.

What You Will Be Responsible ForAssisting in the conceptualization, research, and development of new fashion/apparel products.

Conducting market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support product decisions.

Supporting the selection of silhouettes, fabrics, and trims, and assisting in pattern, tech pack, and RFP creation.

Coordinating with design, sourcing, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launch execution.

Helping track product performance using KPIs such as sales, repeat rate, and COGS.Supporting initiatives to enhance customer experience, reduce returns/exchanges, and improve satisfaction.

Maintaining accurate documentation and reports for product development, sampling, and launch activities.

Who You Are

• 0–3 years of experience in product development, merchandising, fashion, or apparel brands.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, patterns, and tech packs is preferred.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn about product development and customer needs.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or similar tools is a plus.
