Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Jewellery Sales Associate. The Jewellery Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on product selection. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering personalized service, maintaining product knowledge, assisting in inventory management, organizing displays, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing.

The role also involves processing transactions and building lasting relationships to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills, including relationship building and delivering personalized experiences
• Knowledge of jewelry trends, gemstones, metals, and designs, with the ability to provide product insights
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for interacting with a diverse clientele
• Organizational skills for managing inventory, order processing, and maintaining showroom displays
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy for handling transactions and ensuring product quality
• Professional demeanor and a passion for luxury retail and customer satisfaction
• Prior experience in jewelry sales or a luxury retail environment is an advantage
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a background in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
