Job Requirements -
- Own end-to-end interview coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule interviews, manage interview logistics, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups.
- Manage job postings across various job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of hiring and HR processes.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and improving efficiency.
- Handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
Desired Candidate Profile -

Stipend: Starts at INR 25000 and can go upto INR 30000 by the end of 6 months.

- Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
- Work Timings - You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
