About the Role
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused, and relationship-driven Luxury Handloom Sales Advisor to represent our premium handloom and heritage textile collection. The role involves engaging with discerning clientele, including high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), celebrities, business leaders, designers, collectors, and international customers.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a refined understanding of luxury customer service, and the ability to articulate the craftsmanship, heritage, exclusivity, and value of luxury handloom products.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for elite domestic and international customers.
- Conduct personalized consultations and product presentations for high-profile clients.
- Explain the heritage, craftsmanship, weaving techniques, materials, exclusivity, and cultural significance of luxury handloom products.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNIs, celebrities, influencers, designers, and premium clientele.
- Understand customer preferences and curate bespoke product recommendations.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person customer interactions, appointments, exhibitions, and private viewings.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling high-profile clients.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with design, production, and management teams to meet customer requirements.
- Stay updated on luxury fashion, handloom trends, textile craftsmanship, and global luxury retail practices.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade events, cultural showcases, and exclusive customer engagements in India and abroad.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Luxury Retail, Hospitality, Textile Design, or a related field.3–8 years of experience in luxury retail, premium sales, fashion, textiles, hospitality, jewelry, lifestyle, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth and celebrity clientele.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling capabilities.
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Indian handloom traditions, textiles, weaving techniques, and luxury fabrics.
- Experience working with luxury brands, premium boutiques, fashion houses, hospitality groups, or exclusive lifestyle products.
- Exposure to international customers and luxury buying behavior.
- Additional language skills will be an advantage.
