We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to enhance the efficiency and organization of our CFO, Finance leadership team and Chief Medical Officer. In this role, you will support executives by streamlining their workflow, optimizing their time, and ensuring organizational goals are met.
You will collaborate closely with Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistants and Workplace to ensure smooth daily operations. Your contributions will directly impact the team’s productivity and create a more efficient work environment. What You'll Accomplish Calendar Management: Independently manage senior executives' calendars, schedule meetings efficiently, and resolve conflicts proactively.
Meeting Coordination: Handle meeting requests and logistics, ensuring timely communication and seamless execution of in-person and virtual meetings. Event Management: Organize logistics for events, offsites, and dinners, including venue bookings, catering, and technical arrangements.
Effective Communication: Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications. Collaboration: Work with Workplace Coordinators and EAs to plan and execute all event logistics, ensuring successful meetings and events.
Travel & Expense Management: Assist in booking travel and accommodations for executives, and manage expense reports through Navan for select VPs and Senior Directors, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This is a non-exempt position Hinge Health Hybrid Model We believe in leveraging the benefits of both remote and in-office work.
Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
