Customer Happiness Consultant Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• UAE Nationality (mandatory). Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of customer service best practices, complaint handling, client relationship management, and professional communication.
