As the first point of contact for prospective families, you will play a key role in driving student enrolment, delivering exceptional parent experiences, and ensuring full compliance with KHDA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Admissions & Enrolment
- Manage the end-to-end admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment
- Respond promptly to enquiries across phone, email, website, and social media
- Proactively follow up to maximise conversions and achieve enrolment targets
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
- Parent Engagement
- Conduct engaging campus tours and represent the school professionally
- Present curriculum, facilities, and student experience effectively
- Support Open Days, assessment events, and promotional activities
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current families
- Compliance & Documentation
- Coordinate assessments and admissions processes
- Verify and manage all required documentation
- Ensure full compliance with KHDA and internal policies
- Reporting & Insights
- Track admissions data, conversions, and trends
- Prepare reports for school leadership
- Contribute to admissions strategy and growth plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree2–3 years’ experience in admissions, customer service, or sales (UAE education preferred)
- Knowledge of KHDA admissions processes
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems
