What you’ll do Brex is building AI-powered products that require tight coordination across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, legal, and finance partners.
As an Engineering Program Manager, you will own cross-functional execution for our AI initiatives and ensure complex, multi-team work actually ships. This role exists to make ambiguity explicit, sequence work across multiple teams, and close every loop. You will turn strategy into structured plans with clear objectives, deadlines, and decision logs.
You will unblock stalled initiatives, escalate when necessary, and hold teams accountable to commitments — without senior engineers having to context-switch into program management. If you are energized by driving clarity in chaos, enforcing operational rigor, and pushing work across the finish line, this role is for you. Where you’ll work This role will be based in our Seattle office.
We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We require three coordinated days in the office per week — Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
