What you’ll do Brex is looking for a Sr. Motion Designer to join our Design team — a cross-disciplinary group of creatives that’s defining how Brex looks, moves, and communicates across every customer touchpoint.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape and lead how Brex is perceived visually — not just through the work you create, but by developing the principles that guide how we use motion as a brand and product expression. You’ll lead the creation of polished product demos, thoughtful UI animations, and compelling brand campaigns that bring clarity, energy, and emotional resonance to our platform.
From launch videos and feature walkthroughs to educational content and social assets, your work will help define a motion language that feels distinctly Brex — and becomes essential viewing for modern finance and product teams. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Design to ensure our motion storytelling is strategic, consistent, and high-impact.
Where you’ll work This role will be based in our San Francisco, Seattle, or New York office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
