Customer Success Managers on the Partnerships team own the activation, growth, and retention of Ramp’s partner-referred customers. As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine the Partner Success program and define the implementation motion to drive activation and retention.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, partnerships, account management, or product operations experience Familiarity with partner ecosystem operations Exceptional project management and time management Excellent verbal and written communication Experience working with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot, and ideate workarounds as needed Desire to learn our product inside out.
