Renaissance Real Estate is a boutique luxury real estate brokerage specializing in Dubai's prime, ultra-prime, and off-plan property market.

We are seeking an exceptional Female Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This is a high-impact role for a highly organized, proactive, and polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of representing a luxury brand both behind the scenes and in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder & CEO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily priorities
• Coordinate meetings with developers, investors, clients, and business partners
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and business correspondence
• Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure seamless execution
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day office operations
• Support luxury project launches, networking events, and client engagements
• Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal departments
• Handle confidential business matters with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience within a luxury real estate brokerage or developer in Dubai
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or Operations Coordinator
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Professional, polished, and highly presentable
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
• Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and VIP clients

Social Media & Brand Presence

As part of the Renaissance brand, the successful candidate must be comfortable appearing in company social media content, including:

• Property tours
• Company branding videos
• Podcasts and interviews
• Office culture content
• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and marketing campaigns

The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, professional on camera, and understands the importance of personal presentation within a luxury brand environment.

Applications without prior luxury real estate experience in Dubai will not be considered.
