Key Responsibilities
- Core Catalog Ownership:
- Catalog management across E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho, etc.) and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
- Responsibility for catalog creation and ongoing maintenance across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms for multiple brands.
- Preparing product catalogs as per marketplace formats, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, category mapping, size/color grouping, and other tasks required for regular catalog upkeep.
- Data Accuracy & Quality Control
- Perform regular quality checks and maintain accurate catalog data to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Identify and correct catalog discrepancies to ensure data accuracy, and manage platform-specific catalog or operational issues.SEO, Content Optimization & Market Insights
- Create SEO-driven product titles and backend keywords using AI tools and platform insights.
- Conduct competitor and category research to identify trends and content improvement opportunities.
- Coordination & Marketplace Support
- Cross-functional coordination with brand team, internal and external KAMs, Ops and Tech teams for listings, enhancement, transitions and issue resolution.
- Skills
Required
- Hands-on experience with E-commerce marketplace dashboards and cataloging
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Understanding of beauty category preferred Familiarity with AI tools and automation is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English
