Job Description

Manage end-to-end visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for both travelers and employees; verify documents, guide applicants on visa requirements, and ensure timely submission to UAE immigration authorities.

Maintain comprehensive records for all visa applications, track status updates, generate reports, and ensure accurate documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance.

Liaise effectively with customers, employees, government authorities, and external service providers; provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless visa experience for all stakeholders.

Track visa expiry dates, follow up on pending approvals, enforce UAE labor and immigration regulations, and proactively communicate deadlines and requirements to both staff and travelers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field preferred, with additional certifications in visa processing, immigration compliance, or travel administration considered an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in visa processing and end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours, and transfers) within the travel/tourism sector, with strong knowledge of UAE immigration and visa regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle traveller and employee inquiries, resolve visa-related issues, and coordinate effectively with authorities and service providers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office software; experience with visa management systems or HRIS platforms is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple applications accurately in a fast-paced environment.
