Work Schedule

Full-time onsite role from the North Bengaluru office.

Daily overlap with US business hours as required by client engagements and project activities.

Participate in client meetings, daily status calls, issue reviews, and project update sessions.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong analytical skills and basic project coordination experience to support a US-based client. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business users, offshore support teams, and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, issue tracking, reporting, and project execution.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, SQL Server data analysis, and SSIS processes. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable managing daily status updates, coordinating activities across teams, and supporting small project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and daily operational updates.

Facilitate daily standups, status meetings, and issue review sessions.

Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

Track project tasks, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports for client stakeholders.

Support incident management, prioritization, and escalation activities.

Analyze data using SQL Server and assist with troubleshooting production issues.

Review and monitor SSIS jobs, data integrations, and ETL processes.

Coordinate between business users, developers, QA, and support teams.

Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and release validation activities.

Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and process documentation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Project Coordinator.

Experience working directly with US-based clients and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of application support environments.

Ability to understand both business processes and technical systems.
