Role Description The Chief Executive Officer at Emprendimiento Familiar is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the organization’s strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.

This role includes leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, managing budgets and financial performance, and monitoring key performance indicators to drive sustainable growth. The CEO will represent the organization with customers, partners, suppliers, and other external stakeholders, while fostering a strong internal culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The CEO will also oversee high-level decisions related to business development, risk management, and long-term planning, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey strategy, provide feedback, and represent the organization with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to oversee office operations, workflows, and organizational processes.
• Customer Service orientation to maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders and to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Foundational Accounting knowledge to review financial reports, manage budgets, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior management or executive role, preferably in a small or family-run business environment.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
