Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for MBA Study Cafe, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and growth objectives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves overseeing daily operations, including academic programs, marketing, finance, and people management.

The CEO will develop and execute business and growth strategies, manage budgets and financial performance, and strengthen operational systems and processes. Responsibilities include building and leading high-performing teams, nurturing partnerships with institutes and industry stakeholders, and ensuring an excellent learning experience for students.

The CEO will also represent the organization externally, drive innovation in course offerings and digital products, and regularly report performance and insights to founders and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to oversee efficient day-to-day operations and internal processes.
• Customer Service orientation to maintain high satisfaction levels among students, parents, and partners.
• Foundational Accounting knowledge to review financial statements, manage budgets, and support data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership experience in education, edtech, or a related sector, with a track record of driving growth and managing teams.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with MBA entrance examinations and the test-prep landscape is an advantage.
