Job Summary

As a Hostess, your role is to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience by delivering warm welcomes. You will be the face of The Guild, creating exceptional first impressions and setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experienceMain

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage reservations, bookings, and seating arrangements
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests efficiently
• Ensure smooth communication during shift handovers

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Hostess in fine dining or a similar environment
• Strong understanding of hospitality and guest service standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
