Camp Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise overall operations of the labour camp

Ensure proper accommodation arrangements and room allocation

Oversee housekeeping, repairs & maintenance, security, pest control, and hygiene standards

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local authority requirements

Maintain accurate records of occupancy, employee check-in/check-out, and room allocation

Monitor kitchen operations to ensure food quality and hygiene standards

Handle residents complaints and grievances professionally

Prepare daily/weekly reports on camp operations, maintenance, and requirements

Monitor and control utilities (water, electricity, gas) to ensure cost-effective usage

Maintain discipline and ensure smooth camp operations

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline

Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Camp Superintendent / Camp Boss or in a similar role (GCC experience preferred)

Strong organizational, leadership, and supervisory skills

Sound knowledge of camp maintenance, hygiene standards, and safety regulations

Ability to manage a multicultural workforce

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, record keeping)

Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
