Front Desk Executive

Lodos Corporation Lodos Corporation is a Dubai-based consultancy specialising in business operations, recruitment and strategic growth. As part of our group of companies, we are currently recruiting for a newly established luxury hair restoration and regenerative aesthetics clinic in Downtown Dubai called S'Clinic.

This role offers the opportunity to join a premium healthcare brand at launch and contribute to building one of Dubai's leading destinations for non-surgical hair restoration and regenerative treatments.

About S'CLINICS'CLINIC is a luxury hair restoration and regenerative aesthetics clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional results and an outstanding client experience.

We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Executive / Client Concierge who enjoys working with people and can help create a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients during clinic operating hours.
• Manage appointment bookings and schedule changes.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages and client enquiries.
• Assist with patient registration and documentation.
• Support treatment room preparation and clinic organisation.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain reception and waiting areas to luxury hospitality standards.
• Support follow-up communications and client engagement activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, healthcare or customer service.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Professional and polished presentation.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

Experience within an aesthetic, dermatology or medical clinic.

Arabic and/or Russian language skills.

Familiarity with CRM or patient management software.
