• The applicant’s qualifications andexperience should meet the minimumrequirements for both Brighton College andADEK and preferably be at A Level equivalentor higher.
• At least two years’ experience insupporting children in a school setting isrequired.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• To continually promote positive values,attitudes and good behaviour, dealingpromptly with conflict and incidents in linewith policy and encourage pupils to takeresponsibility for their behaviour.
