We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Please note: This is a full-time, in-person position. Remote work, hybrid arrangements, freelance engagements, and work-from-home requests will not be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and executive support to senior management.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Draft, review, translate, and manage correspondence in both Arabic and English.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and executive engagements.
- Liaise with high-profile stakeholders, clients, partners, and government entities when required.
- Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming requests, communications, and correspondence.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken Arabic (mandatory).
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
- Previous experience supporting VVIPs, HNWIs, senior executives, family offices, or private offices is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
