The position involves supporting clients on a broad range of complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and equity-linked offerings, debt financings, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and strategic investment transactions, while working alongside senior professionals on high-profile deals in global markets.
Your FocusAs an Investment Banking Analyst Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of strategic advisory and capital markets transactions for a diverse range of corporate and institutional clients.
Working alongside experienced banking professionals, you will contribute to transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, corporate restructuring initiatives, and broader strategic advisory mandates.
This position is highly analytical and transaction-focused, requiring involvement in both the preparation and execution of live deals. You will assist in conducting financial modelling and valuation analysis, preparing detailed presentation materials for client engagements, performing market and industry research, and supporting due diligence processes throughout various stages of transaction execution.
In addition to transaction support, you will help evaluate commercial opportunities, identify potential risks, and ensure all work is delivered in line with internal regulatory, compliance, and governance standards expected within a global financial institution.
