About the Role

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team on-site in Erbil. You'll manage day-to-day platform operations — reviewing listings, approving client requests, and supporting customers — while helping keep our brand and visual content sharp.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the platform dashboard
• Review submitted items/listings and approve client requests
• Handle customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Maintain records, data, and reports using Excel and Word
• Use AI tools to create logos, images, and visual content
• Support the team with general operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar operations, admin, or customer support role
• Fluent and professional in Kurdish and Arabic (English is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Comfortable using AI tools to generate logos and images
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to commute reliably to the Erbil office (own transportation preferred)
