Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across multiple systems and equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions in a timely manner

Install, assemble, and test equipment and fixtures as needed

Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance

Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition

Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements

Proven experience as a technician, maintenance worker, or similar role

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar environment

Familiarity with safety standards and regulations

Strong communication skills
