• Fixed Base Salary: 2,000 AED per month.
• Research Incentives & Publication Bonuses: An additional 1,000 AED bonus for every research paper successfully published in Scopus indexed journals.

Skills

Research & Publication Capabilities (القدرات البحثية والنشر)

• Proven ability to conduct academic research and specialized studies.
• Knowledge of publication standards for international databases, specifically Scopus.

Language Proficiency (المهارات اللغوية)

• Fluency in Arabic, English, or Both (Applications from both monolingual and bilingual academics are highly welcomed).
• Ability to write and present academic content clearly in their language of expertise.

General Academic Skills (مهارات أكاديمية عامة)

• Prior experience in teaching, lecturing, or academic writing.
• Commitment to academic integrity and research ethics.
• Strong communication skills and openness to working within a global educational network.
