Job Overview

We are seeking a Entry level Customer Experience Representative to serve as the main point of contact for customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer receives a positive and professional experience across email, chat, and phone channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools
• Escalate complex issues to senior support or management when needed
• Provide product or service information clearly and confidently
• Collect customer feedback to improve overall experience and service quality
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)6 months of experience in customer service, support, or client-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
