Strong expertise in work order management, dispatching, scheduling, mobile agent workflows, service operations, and management of field service agents.

Experience in task management by field service agents, configuring workflows, integrations, and platform customizations based on business requirements. Good understanding of ITIL processes and field service operationsRole 3 -ServiceNow ITOM Consultant4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management implementations.

Strong knowledge of CMDB, MID Server configuration, infrastructure monitoring, cloud discovery, and integration with third-party monitoring tools.

Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, workflow customization, implementation, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, troubleshooting, automation, and performance optimization within the ServiceNow platform.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in Agile and cross-functional environments.

Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in Agile delivery environments.

Role 5 -ServiceNow ITSM ConsultantServiceNow ITSM Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ITSM modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), and Service Catalog on the ServiceNow platform.
