The Operations Manager works in partnership with the School Leader to ensure a high-functioning and well-run school. The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school, including staff schedules, proper child/staff ratios, student enrollment, family engagement, and office processes and procedures.
The individual is also responsible for establishing and maintaining a welcoming office environment for the children and families we serve.
