Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project cost sheets, quotations, and budgets for home automation and smart building projects.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and pricing.
• Support tendering, estimation, invoicing, and commercial activities.
• Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Prepare regular cost reports and ensure accurate financial documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in costing, commercial operations, project accounting, or finance.
• Experience in Home Automation, ELV, Building Automation, AV Systems, Security Systems, or Smart Building Solutions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost sheets, budgeting, quotations, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
