Mid-Level Finance Associate

We are seeking an associate with 3-5 years of transactional experience to join our expanding and high-performing Global Finance group in our Boston office. This position is at the intersection of private credit, fund finance and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in practicing at the cutting edge of the market.

The right applicant would not require specific experience in these areas of finance, but a desire to learn and adapt is essential.

Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

We are looking for

• Intellectual curiosity and an interest in learning the private credit, fund finance and CLO space. No specific prior experience required.
• Some finance experience strongly preferred; prior experience with securitization, structured finance, CLOs or subscription credit facilities is helpful but not a prerequisite.
