Associate, Project Finance

I am currently working with an independent power developer active across thermal generation, renewables, and battery storage. Following a period of significant growth, they are keen to hire an Associate with strong financial modelling skills and experience in the power and renewables sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain project finance financial models covering the Power & Renewables sector
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate project finance structures and equity returns
• Research comparable transactions to identify market pricing, debt levels, and execution strategies
• Support due diligence with equity and debt providers, and lead monthly project reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years in project finance, M&A, or financial modelling
• Hands-on experience with tax equity and PPAs
• Experience in the Power or Renewables sector
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a lean team
