- Support delivery teams, stakeholders, and clients with deep functional knowledge and best practices.
Must Have Skills
- Strong experience as a Functional Subject Matter Expert in the relevant business domain.
- Ability to analyze business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into:
- Functional Specifications
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to support teams during:
- Design
- Development
- Testing
- UAT
Good to Have
- Experience working with technology delivery teams (Cloud, Data, AI, Enterprise Platforms).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities and client presentations.
- Knowledge of domain-specific regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary functional authority for the assigned business domain.
- Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Provide functional inputs and clarifications to architecture, development, and testing teams.
- Review solutions to ensure alignment with business processes and expected outcomes.
