About the Role
Physics Wallah is looking for passionate and academically driven professionals for the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) – VARC for CAT & OMETs preparation. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality exam-oriented content aligned with the latest CAT examination pattern.
- This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong verbal aptitude, excellent comprehension skills, and a deep understanding of competitive management entrance examinations.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Must have appeared for CAT 2024 or CAT 2025Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant discipline
- Prior experience in content creation for CAT/OMETs will be preferred
- Strong command over English language, grammar, comprehension, and verbal reasoning Experience
Required
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in academic content creation or teaching Required Skill Set
- Excellent conceptual knowledge of VARC topics
- Strong understanding of CAT & OMET examination patterns
- Proficiency in creating Reading Comprehension, Para Jumbles, Summary, Odd-One-Out, and Verbal Ability questions
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Strong grammatical accuracy and analytical thinking
- Ability to create engaging, student-friendly, and exam-oriented content
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review high-quality study materials, quizzes, mock tests, and practice questions for CAT & OMETsCreate detailed and accurate solutions following CAT-level standards
- Design questions across easy, medium, and hard difficulty levels
- Collaborate with fellow SMEs and academic teams to ensure quality and consistency
- Ensure all content is original, error-free, and aligned with the latest exam pattern
- Meet weekly content creation targets within the assigned timelines Sample Task Task
