• This remote, gig/contract-based role involves designing and delivering structured HR training sessions aimed at preparing students and early-career professionals for entry-level HR roles across India.
• The SME will contribute to bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by translating real-world HR practices into practical, role-aligned learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Industry-Aligned Session Delivery

• Conduct structured sessions aligned with the Industry Readiness Curriculum
• Cover functional, behavioral, and workplace readiness topics
• Ensure engaging, clear, and practical delivery Role-Based Capability Building
• Explain real-world HR workflows and processes
• Build understanding of employee lifecycle, recruitment, HR operations, payroll, reporting, and compliance Practical Learning Enablement
• Use case studies, scenarios, and real examples
• Introduce learners to HR tools, reports, and communication practices
• Conduct exercises and simulations based on roles Content & Session Preparation
• Develop and refine session plans, presentations, assignments, and evaluation frameworks Learner Evaluation & Mentoring
• Assess learner assignments and provide constructive feedback
• Support mock interviews, resume reviews, and project guidance
• Evaluate overall job-readiness levels Continuous Improvement
• Provide insights on evolving HR industry trends
• Identify gaps in learner preparedness
• Suggest curriculum and delivery enhancements

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 5 to 25 years of industry experience in HR functions such as HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Engagement, HR Reporting, and Compliance
• Strong practical expertise in HR workflows and processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts with an engaging, example-driven approach
• Experience in training, mentoring, or campus skilling programs is preferred

Educational qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Special Requirements: - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Remote with optional on-site sessions)
