Role Description This is a full-time Web Application Developer role based in Nashik, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Web Application Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications that support FYLABS’ branding, lead generation, and AI automation solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing application features, implementing secure and scalable back-end services, and integrating APIs and third-party tools.

The role also involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and data specialists to translate business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, reviewing code from peers, and troubleshooting issues in production environments. The developer will contribute to continuous improvement of the technology stack, documentation, and development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Web Application Development and building robust Web Applications that support business workflows and user-facing features.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including building RESTful services, integrating APIs, and working with databases.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in modern web frameworks.
• Experience with one or more relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework) is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), basic CI/CD practices, and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to analyze requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver high-quality, testable code within deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with marketing technology, automation tools, or analytics platforms is a plus.
