About the Role

• Diary and calendar management for a busy team
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls
• Preparing presentations and client-facing documents with a high level of attention to detail
• Liaising directly with clients and building strong professional relationships
• Managing both domestic and international travel arrangements
• Providing wider team support as required

About You

• Previous experience in a similar team support role
• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging at all levels
• A proactive, flexible approach and a strong team-player mindset
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
