To develop and maintain business relationships with SME clients to build rapport and promote company products.
Achieve sales, new business and retention targets & KPI’s across defined SME segmentsTo identify and maximize cross selling opportunities.
To generate a sales pipeline by prospecting for new clients to ensure future sales opportunities and growth.
To provide high levels of post-sale support as required ensuring customer satisfaction all the time.
To manage retention and ensure growth of the portfolio under management.
To maintain trackers and reporting of sales activities on a periodic basis.
To support the activities of Client Relationship Manager in service and retention.
To represent GIG Gulf in the market.
