Telesales Representative (Arabic Speaker)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative (Arabic Speaker) based in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing clients to provide information about our financial education programs, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will also be involved in promoting sales, delivering exceptional customer service, content creation for Zylostar’s social media accounts on a daily basis and assisting clients in understanding our offerings. Collaboration with team members to achieve goals will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients in Arabic and other languages.

Experience in Sales and Customer Support, with the ability to address client needs and build lasting relationships.

Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients about financial education programs and tools.

Proficiency in adapting to a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively manage time.

Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

Prior experience in telesales, sales, or a similar role is a strong advantage.

Basic knowledge of financial markets or trading is a plus.
